Well.. we survived Ike, Dallas is pretty much untouched, and it was absolutely lovely sunday afterward. Clear sky, sunshine and all.. Just what one need to go out and shoot some nature frames.

shooting selfportraits is horrible task. Seriously - not only it freak you out to be from other side of the lens, but you have no control over the focus points and such
Anyway. Another play in strobist style lighting - f22, 11-22mm Zuiko (yes, i know - weird, but i felt like being different) at 22mm), open flash to the left -back(right), shoot through umbrella - front-right (left)
Pain in the bottom to get those white painted walls to actually get black..
