Oddly enough - another saturday, and another sunny day.

So this time we walking around real old Moscow - Basmanny pereulok (both of them - there are two, they bordering area that is about 20-30 mins walk each way) . Back in Peter the Great days (and actually while his father rules too.. ) thats where all the aliens were placed.. So Peter used to spend quite a load of time there.. He hated Kreml ;)

Like I have said before - Moscow’s colours are not something that you can get very often. Normally you’d stuck with gray sky, flat light and wet weather And i  hava thought Baltic’s is bad..

Historical parts of Moscow offer some serious opportunities for shooting. Thats is if you lucky to get decent weather. Overwise - its pretty horrible.
And sunny days are luxury here. Seriously - like 1-2 per week, so far

Anyway. Here are some eye candies for you, folkz.

Historical district ”Ostozhenka / Ostojenkah” - nearly bordering with Kreml (where all the big cheeses resides in this country. Or at least we told so ;)).

Back in old days lots of famous writers and just nobles were residing on them sides of river.. Nowdays its pretty much occupied by whoever can pay. And of course - embassies.. (French, Italian, Magagaskar.. and something else)

And we alive in 1.2..3….

As some of you may know i moved last August from States back to my home town of Novosibirsk. Deeply in Siberia (Russia), drinking we all the bears, and dancing odd dances..

For those, who does not believe in such things - well.. I been spending some serious time working and upgrading my photography skills to the next level. Two weeks ago i moved to Moscow, for the change of scenery and all that.. :)
And this is good time to revive my blog for real, and post some photos and work on new stuff.

So.. this is new face for my blog, new engine and , hopefuly - you will like it (ok. lets make a deal. Those who will like it - can send me Mars bar. Those who dont - half of Mars bar. That way i could track those who like it and those who dont, and make adjustments.. )

Anyway. Lets roll.

(i have to apologize for all the Russian folkz. I will not try to keep up russian of this blog anymore. Its way too boring, and my present hosting company wont support cyrillic properly, and in general - consider this as a good time to learn other languages, people. Seriously)
